Stainless steel hexagon flange bolts combine corrosion resistance with a wide load-spreading flange — the go-to choice for outdoor, marine, food-grade and sanitary equipment where both rust resistance and a washer-free, vibration-resistant joint are needed. A2 (AISI 304) suits general outdoor use; A4 (AISI 316) adds molybdenum for salt-water and chemical exposure.
Installation Notes
Apply an anti-seize lubricant on the threads to prevent stainless galling and tighten at a moderate, steady speed. The integrated flange spreads clamp load and removes the need for a separate washer; for serrated types, seat directly against bare metal for the full anti-loosening bite. Avoid over-torquing against soft materials, where the flange edge can dig in.

Manufactured from austenitic stainless steel — A2-70 (AISI 304) or A4-80 (AISI 316) — to ISO 3506-1 and produced to DIN 6921 form, with every batch traceable to raw material certificates. Each production run passes 100% dimensional inspection and sample testing before packaging; EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available on request for projects requiring documented traceability.
