From cold-heading raw steel wire to heat-treated finished bolts, every step runs under strict in-house process control — ensuring the dimensional accuracy and strength grade printed on every head marking.
Hexagon nuts (DIN 934) are the standard mating nut for hex bolts, screws and threaded rods across virtually every industry — construction, machinery, automotive and general assembly. Pair the nut property class to the bolt grade (for example a class 8 nut with an 8.8 bolt) so the joint develops its full rated clamp load. For outdoor or corrosive service, zinc-plated, hot-dip galvanized or stainless nuts are recommended over plain carbon steel.
Match the nut class to the bolt grade and ensure full thread engagement — the bolt should protrude at least one nut height through the nut. On vibration-prone joints add a spring washer, nylon-insert or all-metal lock nut to prevent loosening. Apply the correct tightening torque, and fit a flat washer under the nut to spread load and protect the mating surface.
Manufactured from carbon steel to property class 6, 8 or 10 per ISO 898-2 and produced to DIN 934 / ISO 4032, with every batch traceable to raw material certificates. Each production run passes 100% dimensional and thread-gauge inspection before packaging; EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available on request for projects requiring documented traceability.
