Application Scenarios
Hexagon flange nuts (DIN 6923) combine a nut with an integrated washer-face flange that spreads clamp load over a wider bearing area — ideal for soft materials, oversized or slotted holes and vibration-prone joints in automotive, machinery and sheet-metal assembly. Serrated-flange versions bite into the surface for anti-loosening, so no separate lock washer is needed.
Installation Notes
The integrated flange removes the need for a separate washer. For serrated types, seat the nut directly against bare metal — not painted or coated surfaces — so the teeth can bite for full anti-loosening. Avoid over-torquing against thin or soft material, where the flange edge can dig in. Match the nut class to the mating bolt grade.

Manufactured from carbon steel to property class 8 or 10 per ISO 898-2 and produced to DIN 6923, with every batch traceable to raw material certificates. Each production run passes 100% dimensional and thread-gauge inspection before packaging; EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available on request.
