From cold-heading raw steel wire to heat-treated finished bolts, every step runs under strict in-house process control — ensuring the dimensional accuracy and strength grade printed on every head marking.
Fully threaded rod (DIN 975 / DIN 976), also called threaded bar or all-thread, is a straight rod threaded along its entire length. Cut to any length and used with two nuts and washers, it forms an adjustable stud or tie between parts — hanging pipework, ducting, cable trays and suspended ceilings, machine bases, U-bolt and clamp assemblies, and general fabrication. It provides a threaded connection wherever a standard-length bolt will not fit. Supplied in 1 m (also 2 m / 3 m) stock lengths and cut to size; stainless versions suit damp, outdoor and corrosive environments.
Cut the rod to length with a saw or abrasive disc and chamfer or file the end so a nut runs on cleanly — running a nut off the cut end first chases the thread true. Support long spans against sag and use a nut and washer each side of the joint; a nylon-insert lock nut or a second locknut resists loosening under vibration. Match the grade (4.8 for general work, 8.8 / 10.9 for higher load) and the material and finish to the application, using stainless or hot-dip galvanized for outdoor and corrosive exposure.
Rolled from austenitic stainless steel — A2 (AISI 304) or A4 (AISI 316) — to DIN 975 / DIN 976 and ISO 3506, with every batch traceable to raw material certificates. Straightness and thread are gauge-checked and each lot passes dimensional inspection before packaging; EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available on request.
